Dinner for Shar, Brett, Summer and Bay!

The gangs all here, and boy, they're gonna get some good food:

Slow Poached / Grilled Octopus on Kale, White Beans, Roasted Tomato and Elephant Garlic with Toasted Cumin Seed Vinaigrette
Pork Belly, roasted for 8 hours atop Poblano and Serrano Chiles and glazed with Agave Syrup, then grilled served with Grilled Pineapple.
Grilled Watermelon with Pea Sprouts, Pickled Radishes, Feta, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds and Honey Lime Vinaigrette
Four Layer Coconut Bourbon Cake
